Although this part of the website is no longer being updated, you can still by the latest, paperback, edition of my book on the OUP website. The judgment in Mosley v News Group Newspapers has made something of an impact on the law of privacy. I was commissioned by the barristers' chambers 5RB to deliver a lecture about the case at a conference it held on September 24, 2008. You can read a transcript of my talk here.
