Naomi Campbell (page 65)

Naomi Campbell won her appeal to the House of Lords on May 6 by a majority of three votes to two. The full judgment can be read here. This is my news report in The Daily Telegraph and here is my background analysis.

This is a subsequent interview with Sir Charles Gray (Mr Justice Gray) in which he says that the alarm felt by some sections of the media about the judgment is understandable.
