Adam Musa King’s claim against The Sunday Telegraph was settled today when the newspaper’s publishers apologised and agreed to pay him a “substantial sum” in damages and his “reasonable costs”. Peter Carter-Ruck and Partners said that the settlement was a “very considerable success” for the no-win, no-fee arrangements under which it represented its client.
