Loreena McKennitt

The law lords have refused Niema Ash permission to appeal against the Court of Appeal ruling in favour of Loreena McKennitt on December 14, 2006 (see below). The three law lords who took the decision are the three who upheld Naomi Campbell's privacy claim (see Privacy and the Press).
The law lords never publish their reasons for refusing permission to appeal.
